The process of recruitment can hit a standstill if you do not have the appropriate tools for identifying, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates. It goes without saying that the best candidates are quite often not actively looking for new jobs.

Our process in the nutshell
[01] DEFINING SCOPE OF WORK
We will review and define your requirements, sometimes this includes adjustments to job spec (or writing job spec if you do not have one). We want to be practical and focus on what’s really needed to source the closest match to your needs. This is why we have a thorough process of researching, identifying and building relationships with potential candidates to pool together highly qualified talent that meets your needs.
[02] IDENTIFY & REACH OUT TO THE BEST CANDIDATES
Based on consented criteria, we will identify the best from the pool of candidates to approach and reach out to them in a personalised manner, introducing them to your company and the open position. Additionally, we can agree on a list of countries that includes or exclude from the search, to ensure that the pool of candidates we select will add value to your organization.
[03] SCREENING CALLS WITH CANDIDATES
We will then proceed with short screening calls or a full 1-hour interview, these are based on your needs. We record our Zoom calls so that you can review our briefings. In addition to such, we provide you with an included feedback session on every candidate that applied.
[04] ASSISTING IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Some companies contract us to assist in the further stages of the recruitment process such as managing practical assignments, participating in interviews and so on. This is optional but is useful as it ensures that the daily business operations are conducted seamlessly.
[05] DELIVERABLES
Not only will we deliver the candidates who applied, but you will also receive all details of contacted candidates (their name, contact details, position, and status), which means that you will save production time sourcing candidates in the future.
